Advice

So Dad woke me up this morning to bring me back to the bog to collect more turf. This time it was just the two of us. While talking about my impending Exam Results, Dad gave me this gem of advice;

Why worry, you’ll be long enough dead. But seriously think about it, there’s no sense worrying about things, everything will be all right. What will, be will. Whatever is meant for you wont pass you.

I wonder what he would think if he knew just how much I worried about telling him I’m gay. Would his ideals change? Although all things considered he did watch Will and Grace with me today, that’s got to be a plus! 

Nerd’s guide to abs

1. Get your favorite game.
2. Set it to its hardest difficulty.
3. Do 20 sit-ups every time you get a game over screen etc.

Although looking back at it, this really wouldn’t work if your favorite game happens to be The Sims or something like that!

Advice Followers…

I want to write a story, a proper full length piece of work. I have the plot in my head and I’m soon to have enough time. 

What I want to ask is should I go for it, or should I continue to practice for the next few months? My short stories are all over this blog, am I good enough yet to write a novel, or should I wait and continue my practice writings?

You wont offend me with your opinion, I only ask because it is impossible for me to critique my own work.
